From Thought to System
We’re a team that grew tired of the daily mess in thoughts, lists, and tasks. Caletra started as a way to bring order into our own pace — without overwhelming systems, pressure, or overplanning. What began as simple templates for personal use evolved into clean, practical structures that help focus on what matters.

FAQ
What are the differences between the plans?
Each plan has a different amount of content and level of detail. The starter plans cover basic daily and monthly planning, while the more advanced plans include templates for quarterly analysis, mood trackers, goals, summaries, and daily routines. We’re increasing the number of tools without making it difficult to use.
Who is the simplest plan for?
Start Flow is ideal for those who haven’t used trackers before or want to start small. This plan includes a simple calendar and a basic habit tracker — that’s enough to get a feel for the rhythm and what you need to do next.
What if I’ve used similar templates before?
In this case, we recommend paying attention to Pack Plus or Pack Premium — they create flexible formats for experimental use, don’t allow you to customize the structure of habits and plans to your needs, and are supplemented with reflection tools.
How do I know which template is right for me?
We’ve designed each template to be intuitive and not require any special knowledge. Everything is divided into blocks — you can try the Start Flow or Essential Pack and gradually move on to bigger tools if you feel the need.
How do I get help if I have questions?
If you need help — email us. We respond personally and provide as much support as you need to make the templates work for you.
